Lee Leviness, 30, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, died at 9:24 a.m. 
Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in 
Cut Off and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 
11 a.m. Thursday at the church, 

with burial in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery in Golden 
Meadow. 

He is survived by his father, John Leviness; mother, Ella Mae L. Leviness; 
grandmother, Irene Lee; nephew, Tal Leviness; brother, Robert Leviness; and 
sister, Crystal Leviness. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, L.C. Leviness and Margie 
Leviness, and Harris Lee; and nephew, Michael Leviness. 

He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
