Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church in Kraemer. A Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Wednesday at the church, with burial in St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church cemetery in Kraemer. She is survived by her daughters, Celeste Foret and Cynthia Foret Pitre and husband, Michael Pitre; grandsons, Keith, Kevin and Kyle; mother, Lucy Mae Kraemer Mahler; sisters, Myra Dempster, Marietta Becnel, Ramona Mahler, Kathleen Morvant and Dora Smith; and brothers, the Rev. Clyde Mahler, Roy Mahler Sr. and Todd Mahler Sr. She was preceded in death by her father, Claude Mahler Sr.; brother, Claude Mahler Jr.; niece and nephew, Fay and P.J. Dempster; grandparents, Clay and Dora Kraemer, and Henry Sr. and Florestine Mahler. The family would like to thank St. Joseph Hospice and Deacon Ambrose for the care they provided throughout her long illness. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
