Alice Guidry Rodrigue, 88, passed away Friday, December 6, 2013. 
She was a native and resident of Vacherie, LA. 

Visitation will be from 8:30AM until funeral time Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 
Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie, with a Mass of Christian Burial 
at 11AM, 

burial to follow in Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church cemetery in Vacherie.

She is survived by her husband of 70 years, August " Gus" Rodrigue; son, Perry 
Rodrigue and wife Theresa; daughter, Susan Duet and husband Anthony; five 
grandchildren, Tina(Rodney) Legendre, Kevin(Laura)Rodrigue, 
Stacy(Lonnie)Thibodaux, Corey Duet and Christie(Reid)Waguespack; nine great-
grandchildren; and sister, Marie Granier.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Aline and Arthur Guidry, Sr.; 
brothers, Arthur Guidry, Jr., Armand Guidry, Morille Guidry, Sr., Louis Guidry, 
Neil Guidry and Laozelle Guidry; and great-grandchildren, Hailey Legendre and 
Bryce Thibodaux.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
