Alma Mim Rollins, 89, a native of Katy and resident of Jeanerette, died at 7:50 
p.m. Monday, Dec. 23, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Monday at First Church of 
God in Christ in Jeanerette. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the 
church, 

with burial in Mt. Pilgrim Cemetery in Jeanerette. 

She is survived by her son, the Rev. Dr. Edmond C. Rollins, of Enid, Okla.; 
daughters, Elizabeth Lovette Leopold, Dovie Lovette Benjamin and Linda Rollins 
Gibson, of Lafayette; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Rollins and Mary Colar 
Rollins; a daughter; and four brothers and sisters. 

Jones Funeral Home in Jeanerette is in charge of arrangements.
