Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2013/f1312.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Bonnie Foret Weidenbacher, 72, a native and lifelong resident of Raceland, passed away peacefully at 6:15 a.m. Sunday, December 22, 2013. Visitation will be from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland for the immediate family and from 9:30 a.m. until funeral time Saturday for the public. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. She is survived by her husband, Don Weidenbacher; daughter, Adele and husband, Bill Dufrene, and their daughters, Whitney and Delaney; stepson, Keith Weidenbacher; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maunsell P. and Oceana Adams Foret; brothers, Leroy, Jimmy, Dillius "CooDoo" and Charles "Pookie" Foret; sisters, Shirley and husband, Calvin "KiKi" Webre and Loula "Bobbie" Mire; and stepson, Steven Weidenbacher. After a lifelong career in finance and banking, Bonnie enjoyed retirement at home. She was a lover of laughter and life and was gifted in the arts of cooking, gardening and fishing. Bonnie also adored and enjoyed spending time with her two granddaughters, Whitney and Delaney. The family requests no flowers. ======================
