Shannon Mark Boudreaux, 24, a native of Houma and resident of Thibodaux, died 
Monday, January 13, 2014 due to a seizure.

Shannon suffered from epilepsy since he was an infant. He was a loving son, 
grandson, brother, uncle, and nephew. Shannon was a very kind gentleman that 
had a smile that would light up a room. He grew up wanting to serve his 
country, but due to his illness, he was unable to. Shannon enjoyed the finer 
things in life and was a very respectable young man.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2014 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm 
at Thibodaux Funeral Home. A Religious Service will begin at 12:00 pm at the 
funeral home 

followed by burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Amy Boudreaux; sisters, Brittany Boudreaux and 
Courtney Boudreaux; nephew, Owen Blanchard; grandparents, Raymond and Joan 
Boudreaux of Moss Point, MS; uncle, Ted Garcera; great-uncle, Harold Dolese; 
cousin, Lindsey Garcera.

He is preceded in death by his beloved great-grandparents, Ruby and Avie 
Boudreaux.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to assist with funeral 
expenses.

Arrangements entrusted to Thibodaux Funeral Home.
