Visitation will be held from 8:00AM until 10:00AM with a service following at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday, January 25, 2014. Burial will follow at Terrebonne Memorial Park. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Cunningham of Houma, grandchildren, Sally Smith Buckland and husband Richard Sr. of Prairieville, Rebecca Smith Krider and husband Clay of Lafayette, great grandchildren, Nicholas Smith and fiancé Britney Himel of Houma, Richard Buckland Jr. and wife Justine of Dutchtown,Kristen Buckland of Dutchtown, Hunter, and Victoria Buckland of Prairieville, great great grandchildren, Madisyn Smith of Houma and Colton Buckland of Dutchtown, brother George Harry St. Pierre and wife Frances of Lafayette, sisters Isabelle Callahan and Marilyn Pitre and sister-in-law Joan St. Pierre of Houma. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Curtis Bourgoyne, her parents, George Harry St. Pierre and Effie Duhe St. Pierre, sisters, Elaine St. Pierre Smith, brothers, Arnold and Donald St. Pierre and a nephew Craig Pitre. Mildred had a love of life, family and music. Family was so important. She leaves a large family of nieces and nephews that meant a lot to her. Although she lived in Houma most of her life, she always called Lutcher her home. She worked at the Fox Theater and the Park Theater for many years, retiring in 1964. ======================
