He was a native and resident of Theriot, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.and Thursday, January 9, 2014 from 9:00am to 11:00am at St. Eloi Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 11:00am at St. Eloi Catholic Church. Burial: St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by his, Daughters: Alisa Champagne, Rebecca DeHart and husband Preston, Michelle Burnham and husband Tim,and Jeanne DeHart and companion Mike, Brothers:Earl Champagne and wife Annie Mae,Willard Champagne Sr and wife Yvonne, and Carlton Champagne and wife Paula, Sisters:Gladys Voisin and husband Brussel, Gloria Thibodeaux and late husband Earl, Dorothy Dishman and late husband David,and Audrey Croom and husband Harry, Grandchildren: Lauren White and husband Dustin, R.J. and wife Stacey, Danielle Little and husband T-Gary, Farrah DeHart, Aimee Price and husband Ray, Brandon DeHart, Travis Crouch, Shaylie DeHart, and Austin DeHart, Great Grandchildren:Mason White, Braxton and Abigail DeHart, Calley Little, Jaidalynn and Jayden DeHart, Johnathan Fedoroff, Mackenzie Price, Aubrey and Zayne DeHart. He is also survived by his former wife Katherine Champagne and many close friends and family. He was preceded in death by his, Companion: Ann Chauvin, 2nd Wife: Joyce Champagne, Parents: Dennis Champagne and Justine Callahan Champagne, Paternal Grandparents: Aristile and Matilda Duplantis Champagne, Maternal Grandparents: Evans Callahan and Felicia Dumond Callahan, Son: Arthur Boudreaux Jr., Brothers:Eustis, Horace, Roy Champagne,and Grandson: Cody Crouch. He was a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church. Henry served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1969. He fought in the Vietnam War. He was a hard worker and a jack of all trades. There was nothing he could not fix. Everyone who knew him, knew what a great man he was. He loved all of his family and friends unconditionally. He was an outdoors man. He could never stay still. He was either crabbing, craw fishing, shrimping, hunting, or working. He did carpenter work along with commercial fishing. He loved telling everyone stories from the past whether they were true or not so true! He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Most of all, he loved being with his family. He will be missed terribly by all who knew him! U.S. Veteran ======================
