Elroy Clay, 63, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, died at 1:46 a.m. 
Monday, Dec. 30, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Dularge 
Community Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the 
church, 

with burial in Southdown Cemetery. 

He is survived by his wife, Mary Chapman Clay; stepsons, Chai, Jamal, Joshua, 
and Leo Chapman; brother, Alton Clay; sisters, Emelda C. Wolfe and Druzella C. 
(Bobby) Page; and four grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Mary LaGarde Clay; 
brothers, James Sr. and Melvin Clay; and sisters, Bernadine Clay and Sammie Mae 
C. Calloway. 

Jones Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
