David Brinston Delasbour, 74, a native and resident of Franklin, died at 5:55 
a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at St. Jules 
Catholic Church in Franklin. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at 
the church, 

with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Baldwin. 

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Jones Delasbour, of Richmond, Texas; sons, 
David Anthony and Antonio De'Andre Delasbour, both of Houston, Texas; daughter, 
Lisa (Mark) McGraw, of Dallas, Texas; brothers, Charles (Gene) and John 
Delasbour, of Houston, Texas, Elwood Delasbour, of Port Arthur, Texas, and 
Robert (Billie Jean) Delasbour Sr., of Franklin; sisters, Lydia Delasbour 
Foulcard, of Franklin, Mildred Jones, of San Antonio, Texas, Mary Ann (Gerald) 
Boutte, of Grand Maris, and Anna Louise Dargins, of Lafayette; and six 
grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Delasbour Sr. and Anna J. 
Delasbour. 

Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City is in charge of arrangements.
