Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1401.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Harold John Dolese, 65, a native of New Orleans and resident of Thibodaux, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2014 peacefully in his sleep at his residence. It was Uncle Harold's wishes to be cremated. Burial will be held at a later date at the Port Hudson National Cemetery in Zachary, LA. He is survived by his niece and caregiver, Amy Boudreaux; great nieces, Brittany and Courtney Boudreaux; great–great nephew, Owen Blanchard; sisters, Anna Mae Brown, Dorothy Boudreaux, and Sue Arceneaux. He is preceded in death by his great-nephew, Shannon Mark Boudreaux who he cherished; parents, Harold Dolese Sr. and Olivia Marie Dupre, and brother, Henio Joseph Vinet Jr. Harold was well known by his second family at Wal-Mart #1016. Harold was retired from the US. Army and served in the Vietnam War as a helicopter mechanic. Due to all the strokes Harold had, he lived life to its fullest. Harold had a great personality and sense of humor. He loved to listen to old time music and watch Western Movies. Uncle Harold will be missed by many. The family would like to extend their appreciation to a special caregiver, Nathaniel Monroe. ======================
