Walter Folse, 60, a native of Vacherie and resident of Houma, died Monday, Dec. 
9, 2013. 

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Lawrence the Martyr 
Catholic Church in Kraemer, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived 
by his ex-wife, Yvonne Woodman; mother, Essie Mae Folse; son, Mike Folse and 
wife, Krystle; daughter, Megan Starr and husband, Justin; brothers, Steven, 
Jacob, and Gerard Folse; sister, Rachel Antoine; and six grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Landreau Folse; and brother, Landreau 
Folse Jr. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
