Billy John Foret, 55, a native and resident of Houma, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 
2013. 

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma. 

He is survived by his daughter, Brittany Jo McIlwain and husband, Christopher, 
of State Line, Miss.; son, Cory Rivette, of Houma; stepchildren, Tanya Lee, of 
State Line, Miss., and April Robichaux, of State Line, Miss.; grandchildren, 
Kaden Palmer and Parker Palmer; step-grandchildren, Katelyn McIlwain, Kolby 
McIlwain, and Jasey McIlwain; mother, Mary Ann Naquin Foret; brothers, Ricky 
Foret and wife, Lynn, of Houma, Keith Foret, of Houma, and David Foret and 
wife, Lisa, of Houma; and sisters, Karen Rhodes and husband, Donald, of Houma, 
and Linda Foret, of Houma. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Malcolm Paul Foret; and niece, Kayla 
Lynn Foret. 

He was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church. 

Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
