He was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2014 from 8:00 AM until service time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 8:30 AM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. He is survived by his sons, Kenneth Troy Hebert, Jr. and wife Dianne, Haughton, LA, Timothy Allen Hebert and wife Yvette, Houma, LA, Andre' Magnal Hebert and wife Lisa, Houma, LA, daughters, Denise Hebert Pitre and husband James, Houma, LA, Diette Hebert Pellegrin and husband Dudley, Jr., Houma, LA, Lisa Hebert Curlin and husband Richard, Bourg, LA, Gina Hebert Trahan and husband Thomas, Houma, LA, grandchildren, Jason Hebert, Michelle Darby, Cory Pitre, Amy Pitre, Ashlee Templet, Todd Curlin, Brittney Curlin, Jayme Sliger, Timothy Brice Hebert, Dustin Hebert, Chelsie Hebert, Ryan Trahan, Tyler Trahan, Jessica Folse, Jennifer Baur, Stacey Pellegrin, Emily Pellegrin, Taylor Hoob, Hunta Hoob, great grandchildren, Parker and Peyton Hebert, Meredith, Makenna and Meghan Darby, Noah and Vivienne Pitre, Adriana Templet, McKenzie Hebert, Reagan Sliger, Ali, Noah and Luke Folse, Brooklyn Pellegrin, Christian and Matthew Baur, and sister, Beverly Elston. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pearl LeBlanc Hebert, grandson, Scott Alan Curlin, parents, Magnal Hebert and Hazel Champagne Hebert, brother, Leroy Hebert, and sister, Earline Cuneo. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He retired from Texaco after 42 years as a Senior Drilling Superintendent. He served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II; completed 32 B-17 missions and was discharged after the war as a Technical Sergeant having been awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and gardening.
