John Wayne Lindsay, 64, a native of Seminole, Okla., and resident of Houma, 
died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013. 

A memorial service will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Bayou Terrebonne 
banquet room at the Quality Hotel. 
Testimonials will begin at 5:30.

He is survived by his children, Erica Ann Lindsay, Leland Marie Lindsay, John 
Wesley Bordelon, Nicole Lynn Schxneyder, Christine Elizabeth Bordelon, Ashley 
Elizabeth Toups, Cheryl Ann Cotton, and Johnathan Isaac Lindsay; sister, Edith 
Ellen Cavanaugh and fiancee, Estelle Blackard; and several grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Eddie Clifton Lindsay and Allen Lee 
Lindsay; son, Robert Wayne Lindsay Jr.; mother, Katherine Brown Lindsay; wife, 
Norma Marie Lindsay; and father, Robert Clifton Lindsay Jr. 

He was a U.S. Navy veteran of Vietnam.
