Nolton "Noot" Oncale, 87, passed away, January 26, 2014, 
native of Choupic, LA and resident of Choctaw, LA. 

Visitation will be from 9AM until funeral time, Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 
Thibodaux Funeral Chapel. Military Services will be at 12:30PM and Religious 
Services at 1PM, 

with burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Shirley Ordoyne Oncale; son, Jeffery 
Oncale and wife Tina Tabor Oncale; grandson, Beau Oncale; granddaughter, Jamie 
Lynn Oncale Porche; great-grandsons, Jaydon and Jordan; brother, Russell 
Oncale.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph "Freddie" and Blanche Percle 
Oncale; sister, Daisy Oncale Duroche; brothers, Hubert and Herman Oncale.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a 
retired electrician for McDermott and after retirement enjoyed hunting and 
fishing. A lifelong 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1114 

and World War II Veteran, 

who will be greatly missed by family and friends.

The family would like to express a special thanks to, Thibodaux Regional 
Medical Center, Dr. Jeffery Long with Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, Dr. 
Vander with Fresenius Dialysis Center, Dr. Timothy with CIS, Dr. Anna Pou with 
Lady of the Lake Hospital, Dr. L. Grafton, Dr. F. Robichaux and Dr. V. 
Broussard.
