Visitation will be from 5PM until 9PM Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Thibodaux Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will resume Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from 8AM until funeral time at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral, Mass to follow at 11AM at the church, with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery. She is survived by her son, Curtis Panvelle; daughters, Mary P. and husband Raymond F. Westerman, Jr. & Susan P. and husband Ted A. Menge; grandchildren, Jennifer Hoover, Christie Myers, Joshua Westerman, Caren Westerman, April Gamble, Nicole Panvelle, Evan Menge, Katie Menge and Lyle Panvelle; 15 great- grandchildren: Olivia, Tayton, & Kohen Westerman, Blake, Dylan, & Hayli Hoover, Alissa & Julie Guillory, Brooke, Brianna,& Paul Gamble, Braden & Bentley Breaux, Brendon & Logan Menge; daughter-in law, Dolores Dupuy Panvelle. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Vedros and her husband of 56 years, Robert Joseph Harry Panvelle, Sr.; parents, Anicet "Ernest" and Olivia Adams Chiasson; son, Robert Joseph Harry "Bobby" Panvelle, Jr.; brother, Fernand Chiasson; sisters, Louise C. Clement, Laura C. Benoit LeBLanc, Agnes C. Gauthe and Cecilia Chiasson. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Catholic Church. She loved her family, playing cards, crocheting, bingo, gardening, fishing and was a fantastic cook. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was dearly loved and will be missed by her family and friends. The family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to St. Joseph Hospice and all those who cared for her during her time of need. ======================
