SMITH: PHYLLIS "PHYLCO" SMITH: Died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014 at her residence in 
Napoleonville, LA. 
She was 62 and a native of Napoleonville, LA. 

Visiting at Williams & Southall Funeral Home, Napoleonville, LA on Friday, Jan. 
10, 2014 from 2:00pm to 4:30pm. Visiting at St. Paul Baptist Church in 
Napoleonville, LA on Sat. Jan. 11, 2014 from 9:00am to Religious Services at 
11:00am conducted by Rev. David Gilton. 

Burial in St. Paul Baptist Church cemetery in Napoleonville. 

Survived by 2 sons, Alex and Vendell Smith of Napoleonville, LA; 4 daughters, 
Deidra (Tyrone) Dorsey of Thibodaux, LA, Catina (Tyrone) Rainey, Keyone and 
Jessica Smith of Napoleonville, LA; 1 brother, Eugene Key of Baton Rouge, LA; 5 
sisters, Daisy Key of Donaldsonville, LA, Jerri (Michael) Hooks of Montgomery, 
AL, Margaret Key and Helen (Alan) Bennett of Baton Rouge, LA and Denice 
Stephens of Indianapolis, IN; Also survived by 17 grandchildren and a host of 
other relatives and freinds. 

Preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Smith; Parents, Legistine and Alma Key; 
1 brother, Legistine Key, Jr. and stepmother, Lucille Key.
