Raemae Trosclair, 95, a native of Ville Platte and resident of Houma, died 
Monday, Jan. 13, 2014.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Francis de 
Sales Cathedral. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the 
church, 

with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 1.

She is survived by her sons and wives, Leroy and Jessie Trosclair, Errol and 
Shanna Trosclair, and Lionel and Paulette Trosclair; grandchildren, Vickie 
Samrow, Leroy Trosclair Jr., Jodi Webb, Errol (Johnny) Trosclair Jr., Whitney 
Trosclair, Windy Deroche, Westley Trosclair, and Billy Trosclair; and great-
grandchildren, Jenni, Jason, Jarrett, Megan, Joshua, Jacob, Jonah, Jude, 
Linsey, Emily, Gracie, Robbie, Pete, Phillip, and Samuel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lindsey Trosclair; father, Louis 
Ardoin; mother; 13 brothers and sisters; and grandchildren, Pamela and Natalie 
Trosclair.
