Harold Veal, 70, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, died Tuesday, 
Jan. 7, 2014. 

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in 
Houma. 

He is survived by his son, Harold (Crystal) Veal Jr., of New Orleans; 
daughters, Joy (Carl) Lymous, of Thibodaux, and Angel (Vernon) Williams, of 
Savannah, Ga.; brother, Leroy (Ann) Veal, of Avondale; sister, Millie (James) 
Amacker, of McComb, Miss., and 13 grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Feltus Sr. and Dorothy Veal; brothers, 
Feltus Jr. and Charles Veal; and two grandchildren. 

He was a U.S. Army veteran. 

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
