Gertrude Boudoin Boyne, 88, a native of Cut Off and resident of Bayou Vista, 
was born Sept. 29, 1925 and passed away Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014. 

The family requests that visitation be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. 
until funeral time Saturday at Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City. The Rosary 
will be recited at 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 
at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, 

with Gertrude being laid to rest in Berwick Cemetery. 

Gertrude leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Sandra Boyne, of Carthage, 
Texas, Mary Harrell and husband, Chris, of Katy, Texas, and Elizabeth Leon and 
husband, Ricky, of Bayou Vista; brothers, Nathan Boudoin and wife, Dorothy, of 
Aransas Pass, Texas, and Anthony Boudoin, of Bayou Vista; six grandchildren; 
and seven great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carol J. Boyne Sr.; sons, Carrol J. 
Boyne Jr. and Willard J. Boyne; and granddaughter, Laura Harrell. 

Gertrude was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be truly 
missed by all who knew and loved her. "God Bless our beautiful spirit, Gertrude 
Boyne." 

Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City is in charge of arrangements.
