Irene Dufrene, 91, a native and resident of Raceland, LA passed away on 
Wednesday, February 5, 2014. 
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. 
until 8:00 p.m. and at St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church on Friday from 11:00 
a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 
p.m. 

A private burial will be held at a later date.

She is survived by sons, Ronnie Dufrene and wife Sandra, Bryan Dufrene; 
daughter, Teala Dufrene Boudreaux; grandchildren, Danielle Batey and husband 
Mike, Chris Dufrene and wife Heather, Rochelle Cochran and husband Kevin, 
Bridget Bourgeois and husband Leban, Zachary Dufrene, Brandon Dufrene, Rachel 
Dufrene; great grandchildren, Kade, Cameron, Fielder, Daly, Livie, Brodie, 
Cooper, Bailey, Brody; special neice, Rosalie Toups; special nephews, Raymond 
Toups, Camile Boudoin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Joseph Dufrene; parents, Camile 
and Stelina Boudoin; brothers, Herbert Boudoin, Warren Boudoin, Edison Boudoin; 
granddaughter, Renee Cherie Boudreaux.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Mary's Nativity Church or St. 
Jude Children's Hospital.
