Ernest "Ernie" LeBlanc, 63, a native and resident of Houma, died Sunday, Feb. 
16, 2014.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Holy Rosary 
Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery.

He is survived by his brothers, Robert LeBlanc, Herman LeBlanc, Mason LeBlanc, 
and James Duplantis; sisters, Mable Benoit, Rita Hebert, Pat Hebert, and 
Theresa Authement; godchildren, Corey LeBlanc, Jeremy LeBlanc, and Jimmie 
Duplantis; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace LeBlance and Rita Duplantis; 
and brothers, Daniel LeBlanc Sr. and Michael LeBlanc, Sr.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Marine Corps League, Houma Elks 
Lodge, and a member of the Krewe of Mardi Gras.
