Price, 81, a native and resident of Bayou Blue died Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 8:13 a.m. Visitation will be Friday, February 28, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Samart Funeral Home of Houma. Visitation will resume Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Samart Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014at 11:00 AM at Samart Funeral Home of Houma. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery #2. She is survived by her: Husband of 64 years, Junior J. Price; Seven Children: Gloria Marcel & husband George of Lynn Haven, Florida; Carolyn Landry & husband Curtis of Denham Springs; Jerry Price & wife Debra of Bayou Blue; Richard Price & wife GiGi of Gibson; Johnny Price & wife Kathy of Rancho Cordova, California Debbie Bruno & husband Bryan of Little Elm, Texas; Donna Naquin & husband Kirby of Houma; 2 Brothers: Jackson Chaisson & Lester Chaisson; 29 Grandchildren; 40 Great Grandchildren; 4 Great Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by Daughter: Janet Marie Price; 2 Sisters: Eviola Cross & Laura Chaisson; 3 Brothers: Lawrence Chaisson, Easton Chaisson & Chester Chaisson; Parents: Nelson & Edna Chaisson; 1 Great Grandson Lawson Reed Hebert She was a beautiful, strong, and courageous woman. She loved her husband and her children so very much. Always there anytime anyone needed. She loved her floral designing and listening to Conway Twitty. She taught her daughters all of her talents; sewing, crocheting, crafting, cooking & gardening, but most of all taught us the true meaning of a Mother's Love. ======================
