Reginald D. Smith, 43, a native of Lutcher and resident of Raceland, died 
Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland. 

A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Greater New Fountain 
Baptist Church Cemetery in Lockport. 

He is survived by his wife, Patrice Staples Smith; parents, Henderson Smith Jr. 
and Ilka Smith.; and brothers, Ronnie (Caroline) S. Smith, Darryl Chopin, 
Richard Smith and Aaron (Ladenna) H. Smith. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henderson Smith Sr., Rosa Smith, 
Richard Jacob and Ingeborg Jacob. 

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
