AGNELIA BECNEL a retired Shrimp Factory employee and domestic help, died Mar. 
5, 2014 at St. James Parish Hospital in Lutcher, LA. 
She was 92, a native and resident of Edgard, LA. 

Visiting at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edgard, LA from 9:00am to 
Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am Wednesday, March 12, 2014. Recitation of 
the Rosary at 10:00am. 

Burial in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church cemetery in Edgard. 

Survived by 4 daughters, Yolanda B. Jasmin, Bessie B. Jeffery, Adele B. 
Coulter, and Sonja B. Winchester (Oliver, Jr.); 2 sons, Ellis and Michael 
Becnel; 2 sisters, Irene O. Legaux, and Marguret O. Davis; 1 brother, Henry 
Oubre; Also 24 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, 5 great, great, 
grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Preceded in death by her husband, Albert A. Becnel; her parents, Nellie F. and 
Andrew Oubre, Sr.; 1 daughter, Janet Becnel; 3 sons, Joseph, Byron, and Kermit 
Becnel.
