Elton "Snook" Campbell, 87, a native of Mathews and resident of Raceland, died 
Saturday, March 29, 2014. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date. 

He is survived by his daughters, Brenda Campbell, Annette Guidroz, Dorothy 
Gallagher, and Donna Fay Hadley; and 12 grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Everlina and Charlie Campbell Sr.; 
brothers, Jack Reed, Freddie Lee, and Tom Lawrence; and sister, Mildard Smith. 

He was a U.S. military veteran. 

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
