He was a native of Raceland, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Wednesday, April 2, 2014 from 9:00am to 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. Burial: Will follow at St Francis #2 He is survived by his, Son: Morgan Foret and wife Roxanne, Daughters:Tammy Savoie and husband Keith, Mary Beth Clement and husband Burnell, Brother: Stanley Foret and wife Meryl, He is also survived by ten grandchildren, Kristi Bergeron, Jessica Smith, Ryan Clement, Jacob McDonald, Nicholas Clement, Shane Foret, Brandon Clement, Steven Savoie, Matthew Foret, and Nicole Foret and eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his, Wife: Lynne Bourgeois Foret, Parents: Anatole Foret and Alice Matherne Foret, Brothers: Wilton Foret, Malcolm Foret, Sisters: Thelma Guidry, Louise Gautreaux, Earline Cheramie, and Audrey Foret, He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, great grandfather. He worked at Evangeline Maid Bread for thirty three years and was also an insurance agent for American General Life and Accident. He loved fishing, and cooking. He was known for having a great sense of humor. Dudley enjoyed spending time and telling jokes to his family and friends. He was a veteran who served in the United States Army in the 3rd Armored Battalion 2nd Howitzer Division of the Army. The family would like to thank Dr. Sanusi, CIS, CCU Staff and 4 North at TGMC, St Catherine Hospice and Hospice of South Louisiana. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends. ======================
