Martha T. Hunter, 76, a native of Galliano and resident of Cut Off passed away 
on Thursday March 6, 2014.

Visitation was held in Samart-Mothe Funeral Chapel on Saturday from 9 a.m. 
until 11 a.m. 

Burial was in Barrios Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Stanley Hunter, Sr.; sons, Farrel Cheramie, 
Stanley ÒBeanieÓ Hunter, Jr., Jeffery Hunter; daughters, Jacklyn ÒJackieÓ 
Stevens, Belinda ÒBeeÓ Cheramie; brothers, Roger Toups, Dallas ÒCanouÓ Toups; 
sisters, Lou Anne Guidroz, Bonnie Guidry, Lynn Taylor; 8 grandchildren and 15 
great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Viola Toups; brother, 
Joseph ÒBoyÓ Toups; sisters, Una Vining, Delta Pitre, Molly Duet.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
