Gladys Marceaux Johnson, 90, of Lake Charles, died Saturday, March 8, 2014. 
Gladys was born Dec. 19, 1923, in Kaplan. 

Funeral services were Tuesday at St. Margaret Catholic Church, 

with burial in Consolata Cemetery. 

She is survived by her children, Linda Lucy Ledoux, of Lake Charles, Sharon 
Plaisance, of Lake Charles, Darrell Plaisance and wife, Yvonne, of Topsy, and 
Ann Perry and husband, Mike, of Waller, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-
grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brother, John Bert Marceaux and 
wife, Rose, of Houma.; and sister, Audrey Marceaux, of Tampa, Fla. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arvene and Edna Marceaux Jr.; loving 
husband of 27 years, Rufus Johnson; great-grandson, Bryce Plaisance. 

Johnson Funeral Home in Lake Charles was in charge of arrangements.
