Lori Jean Lewis , 50, native of Wayne County, Mich., resident of McMinnville, 
Tenn., passed into eternal life Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at St. Thomas 
Rutherford in Murfreesboro, Tenn. 

Relatives and friends are welcome to join services at Cornerstone Foursquare 
Church at 8337 Park Avenue in Houma from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, with a memorial 
service beginning at 6 p.m. Saturday at the church. 

She is survived by her son, Paul William Daugherty and wife, Cassie, of Houma; 
grandson, Ty Daugherty, of Houma; father, Ralph Lewis and wife Carol, of 
Taylor, Mich.; brother, Ralph Lewis and wife, Kim; niece, Nicole Lewis and 
companion, Shelby Williams; nephew, Andre Lewis; and great-niece and nephew, 
Adelyn and Carter Williams, of Erie, Mich.; and sister, Jo Ann Davis and 
husband, Mark, of Auburn Hills, Mich. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Christina Joyce Celske Lewis; and 
loving son, Tony William Benitez. 

Woodbury Funeral Home in Woodbury, Tenn., is in charge of arrangements.
