He was 61, a native and resident of Belle Rose, LA. Visiting at Williams & Southall Funeral Home, Napoleonville, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm Friday, March 21, 2014. Visitation at Rose Hill Baptist Church, Belle Rose, LA from 8:00am to Religious Services at 10:00am Saturday conducted by Rev. Rodney Dugas. Burial in Rose Hill Baptist Church cemetery, Belle Rose. Survived by his wife, Barbara Young Parker of Belle Rose, LA; 2 daughters and spouse, Latronda Parker of Belle Rose, LA, and Temika P. and Michael Freeman of New Orleans, LA; 2 sons, Jamaal Young, and Shedrick Parker of Belle Rose, LA; 4 brothers, Joseph Parker, Sr. and Warren Parker of Belle Rose, LA, Ervin and Frazier Parker of New Orleans, LA; 1 sister, Edna P.
