Della Marie Fanguy Theriot, 97, died Saturday, March 1, 2014. She was a native 
of Chauvin, LA and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at 
Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Monday, March 10, 2014 from 9:00 AM until 
service time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church Mass of 
Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 10, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady 
of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. 

Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughters, Nita Belle Theriot Hebert, Anna Marie Theriot 
Duplantis and husband Cecil Duplantis, Mary Theriot Naquin and husband Glynn 
Naquin, all of Houma, LA, daughter in law, Jenny Champagne Theriot, Lafayette, 
LA grandchildren, Lanny Theriot, Janine Theriot Caillouet, Ray Hebert, Dawn 
Shay, Monique Besson, Simone Parfait, Shanna Thibodeaux, Aaron Naquin, 16 great 
grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elby Joseph Theriot parents, 
Sylvester Fanguy and Mary Naquin Fanguy, son, Carroll Theriot, son in law, 
Raymond Hebert, grandchildren, Carla Hebert, great grandchild, Joshua LeBoeuf, 
brothers, Reginald Fanguy, Celestin Fanguy, Ardis Fanguy, Jessie Fanguy, Dudley 
Fanguy,and sisters, Alberta Fanguy Martin, Rita Fanguy Authement.

She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

She was also survived by a special friend Johanna Lecompte.

She was a loving mother and touched the lives of everyone she met.
