Visitation will be from 9AM until funeral time Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Thibodaux Funeral Chapel. Services will be at 11AM, at the funeral home, with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Warren "Joe" Babin; daughter, Wanda Besson and spouse Cletus; sons, Randy Babin and girlfriend Tammy Adams, Bryan Babin and girlfriend Cathy Babin, Ronnie Babin and partner Peter Jolet; grandchildren, Scott Babin and spouse Stephanie, Lauren, Whitney and Caroline Babin and Jada Besson; step-grandsons, Anthony Adams and Chris Hebert; great-grandsons, Hunter and Grant Babin; brother, Alton Aizen. She is also survived by many relatives and friends who she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her loving son, Barry Babin; parents, Willie and Edna Aizen; brothers, Andrew, Minus, Edward "Sport" and Eulin "Tarzan" Aizen. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She worked at Stark Candy Company as Quality Control Manager until her retirement. She enjoyed bowling and camping with her many friends at Grand Isle and Indian Creek Campground, as well as spending time with her children and grandchildren who were the light of her life. She loved cooking lunch for her family on Sunday's and watching them enjoy her wonderful meals. She was a very kind and loving person to all who knew her and she never met a stranger. The family would like to especially thank her sitters Misty Flynn and Charlene Perez for their excellent care and love given to her during her illness. They truly were her Angels sent from heaven. Thanks to St. Joseph Hospice for her their excellent care and support during this most difficult time. Thanks to neighbors, friends and family who provided meals, prayers, visits and support to the family at our time of need. The family will forever be grateful to each and everyone. ======================
