Jemeila Griffin, 34, a native of Houma and resident of Thibodaux, died 
Saturday, April 5, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Calvary United 
Methodist Church in Thibodaux. A Zeta Phi Beta ceremony will be at 10 a.m. 
Saturday at the church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Calvary United Methodist Church cemetery in Thibodaux. 

She is survived by her parents, Wendell Griffin and Cheryl Thomas; brother, 
Lyndell Griffin; and grandparent, Frances Thomas. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alvin Thomas Sr., and Catherine 
and Edward Griffin. Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of 
arrangements.
