Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesay at Mothe Funeral Home at 2100 Westbank Expressway in Harvey and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 600 Sixth St. in Gretna. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. She was the beloved wife of the late Clyde A. Harris Sr. by first marriage and the late Ray A. Gremillion Sr. by second marriage; mother of Kathleen Harris (Allen) Little, Clyde A. "Skip" Harris Jr. (the late Toye), and Ronnie C. Harris (Donna). Grandmother of Laura, David, Andrew, Emily and William. Great- grandmother of Isla, Taylor, Collin, Lucas, Trace, Noah, and Lance. Sister of Robert F. Guidry, and the late Lloyd and Richard P. "Dick" Guidry. Daughter of the late John Leonce Guidry and Elaine Lefort "Lillian" Guidry. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Rosie was an active member of the community and was a founding member of CODOFIL-Westbank, a charter member of Twilight Garden Club, and a member of Timberlane Garden Club, Gretna Historical Society, and parishioner of St. Joseph and St. Cletus Churches. She was active in her community and devoted to her loving family. The family wishes to recognize her caregiver, Youlanda Lambert, for her loving care for the past three years, along with more recently, Avis Miller, and Edna McDaniels. Special thanks goes to Notre Dame Hospice and their care for her in her final days. She will be sadly missed by a host of family and friends.
