Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1404.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Phyllis Ann Kavanaugh Ledet, 67, a native of Farmerville and resident of Houma, was called upon by our dear Lord to spend eternity with her beloved soulmate, Curtis Michael Ledet Sr., on Monday, April 14, 2014. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Samart Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Her memory will live on through her daughter, Theressa O. Neal; sons, Joseph Menier and wife, Latisha Menier, and Curtis Ledet Jr. and wife, Shannon Ledet; brother, Ernest Gale Kavanaugh and wife, Suzy; grandchildren, Laura Bourg and husband, Roy Bourg Jr., Farrah McGlothin, Ciara Menier, Derrick Menier, Fara Ledet, Felicity Ledet, and Curtis Ledet III; great-grandchildren, Zachary Aaron, Ryan McBroom, Aurora Bourg, Mylie Menier, Makayla McGlothin, Maleia Menier, and Michael Bourg; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her soulmate, Curtis Michael Ledet Sr.; parents, Ernest Kavahaugh and Odessa Kavanaugh; and brothers, Kenneth and Johnny Kavanaugh. She lived a happy, busy life and loved to travel. May this final trip bring her to peace. Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements. ======================
