Lovetta Marie Martinez, 60, a native and resident of Houma, died at 2:45 a.m. 
Wednesday, April 16, 2014.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Bayou Blue 
Assembly of God Church. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the 
church, 

with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Chris Anthony Martinez Sr.; sons, 
Lynn Jr. and wife, Tiffany Moore, Chris Martinez Jr. and companion, Renee 
Lewis, and Joseph Carmouche III; daughter, Tonya and husband, Philip Baker; 
father, Loveless Autin; stepmother, Theresa Boquet Autin; brother, Frank Autin 
and wife, Terry Autin; sister-in-law, Joyce Anderson; grandchildren, Brittany 
Moore, Dawn Baker, Kerri King, Drake and Joseph Rodrigue, Cynthia, Tyler, 
A'Nessa, Avery, and A'Brianna Martinez, and Philip III and Brooklyn Baker; and 
great-grandson, Nasir McKay.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Vito Autin; daughter, Laura Lynn 
Moore; and brothers, Michael and Brian Autin.

Lovetta was a member of Bayou Blue Assembly of God Church. She loved video 
poker and fishing. She will be sadly missed by her husband and family.

The family would like to give special thanks to Southern Care Hospice and her 
caregiver, Diana Theriot.
