He is survived by his mother, Margaret Large; brother, Johnny McGraw; sisters, Janie Pitre and husband, Dickie Pitre, and Michelle Shelly Ford; nieces, Stephanie P. Tabor, Jessica M. Mulkey, Angie P. Lucas and husband, Tim Lucas, and Melanie M. Sharp and husband, Harvey J. Sharp III; nephews Bryon J. McGraw, Johnny McGraw II, Jeremy McGraw, and Scott McGraw; and several great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Robert Large; grandmother, Octavia Pierce; great-nephew, Brendan Tabor; uncle, Wendell Pierce; father, Shelby McGraw; and his beloved dog and best friend, Mr. Dan. He was a painter for 40 years and a musician with the Elgin St. Bridge Band. He loved to cook and spend time with his family and friends. He specifically wanted to thank all of his customers for their support throughout the years. In lieu of flowers, please release a balloon at sunset on Saturday to honor Steve's wishes or make a memorial donation in his memory to the American Cancer Society. ======================
