David "Dave" Wallace, 25, passed away, April 26, 2014. Visitation will be from 
9AM until funeral time, Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Samart Funeral Home. A 
celebration of his life will begin at 11AM, 

with burial to follow in Rogers Cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, Tana Holman of Houma, LA and Tim Wallace of GA; 
sister, Faith Ealy and husband Fred; niece, Alessa Millette; grandparents, 
Donna Pelcha and Jean Wallace; uncles and aunts, Bobby Pelcha, Shane Pelcha, 
Mark Crosby, Carla Crosby, Pete Hamlin, Jennifer Hamlin and Joy Rowland.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gaylen Pelcha and James Wallace; 
uncle, Ronnie Crosby.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Samart Funeral Home, to help pay 
for funeral expenses.
