Gail Hebert Blanchard, 65, died Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 11:44 AM. 
She was a native and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from 1:30 PM until Service 
time at Chauvin Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 4:00 PM at Chauvin 
Funeral Home.

She is survived by her Husband, Jack Wayne Blanchard, Sons, Scott Crochet and 
Todd Crochet and wife Tazra, Grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler, Trevor, Kolton, 
Trista and Kyzer Crochet, Stepchildren, Donna Leger, Wayne Blanchard, Chris 
Blanchard, Mike Blanchard and Penny Rohrer, Brother, LeeRoy Hebert, 
Stepbrother, Joseph Leonard III .

She was preceded in death by her Father, Roy C Hebert, Mother and step father, 
Henrietta Porche Leonard and Joseph Leonard, Jr.
