Joseph Bourg Sr., 87, a native of and resident of Choupic, LA passed away on 
May 26,2014.

Visitation will be on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor in 
Chackbay from 8:00AM till funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take 
place at 10:30 AM at the church. 

Interment will be in Our Lady of Prompt Succor cemetery in Chackbay.

He is survived by his wife Maggie Breaux Bourg; son, Terry J. Bourg; daughter, 
Debra (Debi) Bourg Boudreaux; brother, Francis Clement; daughter-in-law, Bertha 
Gloria Miranda Bourg; grandchildren, Eric A. Bourg, Sean M. Boudreaux and Ryan 
M. Bourg; great-grandchild, Lucy Grace Bourg.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Luke Bourg and Gertie Clement; son, 
Joseph E. Bourg, Jr.; sister, Rita Clement; son-in-law, Robert L. Boudreaux Jr.
