Everence J. Bourgeois, 77, a native of Raceland and resident of Schriever, died 
Monday, May 26, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Mary's 
Catholic Church in Raceland. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 12:30 p.m. 
Friday at the church, 

with burial in St. Mary's Catholic Church cemetery in Raceland. 

He is survived by his wife, Melvina Bourgeois; son, Curt Bourgeois; daughters, 
Deborah Bourgeois Graves, and Barbara Losh-Bryan; stepson, Allen Chauvin; 
stepdaughters, Lisa Chauvin and Wanda Eymard; seven grandchildren; and two 
great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Evelyn Danos Bourgeois. 

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
