Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1405.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Albert Earl "DeDe" Breaux, a native of Brooklyn, New York, and resident of Bayou Blue in Terrebonne Parish, died at 5:40 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2014. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma and from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at First Presbyterian Church in Bayou Blue. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in Daigle Memorial Cemetery in Bayou Blue. He is survived by his son, William C. Breaux and wife, Beth, of Broussard; daughters, Katherine Robison and husband, Stewart, of McComb, Mississippi, Jenny Rauch, of Houma, Carol Ann Breaux, of Houma, and Beverly Vice and husband, Carey, of Houma; brother, Roy Breaux Jr. and wife, Jewell, of Houma; grandchildren, Lauran Breaux Hihar, William J. Dowling, Courtney Breaux Adams, Timothy L. Dowling, Christina Jackson, John A. Breaux Jr., Al Jordan Breaux, Amber Breaux, Sarah Vice, Matthew Rauch, Kathryn Rauch, and Parker vice; step- grandchildren, Drew Robison, Laury Robison Parker, Chad Jackson, Ross Pomier, Will Robison, and Hamilton Robison; great-grandchildren, Avery Parker, Maro Luc Hihar, and Thomas Hihar; and several step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 52 years, Ruby Roberson Breaux; parents, Roy Breaux Sr. and Germaine Ohlrich Breaux; sister, Elsie Breaux Savoy; brothers, George "Sonny" Breaux Sr. and Robert Breaux; and son, John A. Breaux Sr. Albert retired after a long career with J. Ray McDermott, having worked on pipelines and rigs around the world, including those in Alaska and Singapore. He was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Bayou Blue, past Master of Unity Lodge No. 267, and a 32nd Degree member of the Scottish Rite. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name may be made to First Presbyterian Church in Bayou Blue or to any charity ======================
