Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma and from 11 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Annunziata Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by her sons, Wayne Hebert and wife, Jeanette, David Hebert and wife, Ginger, and Mark Hebert and wife, Beth; daughters, Wanda Ledet, Lynne Alleman and Laurie Ashley; grandchildren, Troy Hebert, Stacy Hebert, Kathy Ledet Relan, Corey Hebert, Ryan Hebert, Robbie Ledet, Shawn Alleman Smith, Bethany Alleman Gentry, Ben Ashley, Louis Crochet, Trey Chauvin, Tess Gautreaux, Steven Ashley, Tristen Hebert Gerard, Ross Ashley, Andrew Ashley, Melissa Ashley, Garrett Hebert, and Jesse Hebert; great-grandchildren, Heather Hebert Silva, Brad Hebert, Leah Hebert, Christopher Relan, Kevin Hebert, Sarah Ledet, Jonathan Ledet, Kedrick Hebert, Jennifer Relan, Rose Crochet, Koby Ashley, Brady Ashley, Reese Smith, Summer Hebert, Jasmine Crochet, Landon Ashley, Trinton Hebert, Shelby Ashley, Grant Smith, Sophia Dion, Lexi Ashley, Evan Ashley, and Cade Gentry; and great-great-grandchildren, Sophia Silva and Luna Silva; brother, Bruce Naquin; and sisters, Joy Goodroe, Clare Fanguy, Barbara Mapp, and Jane Gautreaux. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emanuel A. "Buddy" Hebert; parents, Aurestile P. Naquin and Thelma Dupre Naquin; brother, Roy Naquin; sisters, Thelma Blankenship and Judith Naquin; and sons-in-law, Randy Ledet and Alton Alleman. Phyllis was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother and a beautiful person both inside and out. She was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church.
