Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. He is survived by his wife, Ethel Samanie Hebert; son, Russell P. Hebert Jr.; daughters, Mary H. Olivier, Annie H. Boquet, Linda H. Bienvenu, Russella H. McCoy, and Vivian H. Shoulz; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marcellan and Lattie Boudreaux Hebert; brother, Benny Hebert; and granddaughters, Nicole Olivier and Abigail Shoultz. Russell was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church and a World War II veteran. Falgout Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements. World War II veteran ======================
