Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at New Salem Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Southdown Cemetery. She is survived by her daughter, Emelda Netters, of Houma; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Lillie Mulligan Jackson; son, Alvin Collins Sr.; brothers, Alvin, Earl and Jim Jackson; and sisters, Julie Coleman, Pearl Jackson, Elnora Monroe and Gloria Lee Jackson. Gertrude Geddes-Willis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
