Deloria "Delo" Himel Landry, 81, a native of Thibodaux and a resident of 
Chackbay, died Saturday, May 31, 2014.

Visitation will be Monday, June 02, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Thibodaux 
Funeral Home, and on Tuesday, June 03, 2014 from 8:00 AM until funeral time at 
Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 
held at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. 

Burial will be at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery, Thibodaux, LA.

Husband of 62 years Nolan Landry
Son - Scurley Landry and wife Lorraine
Son - Bradley Landry
Daughter - Donna Gallegos and husband Lalo
Sister - Yvonne Guidry
Grandchildren: Lucy Landry, Myra Gallegos, Ashley Chiasson, Travis Landry, Lacy 
Landry
Great-grandchildren: Chase Chiasson, Emily Chiasson, Trey Landry

Mother - Amelia Thibodaux Himel
Father - Dorgeville Himel
Brother - Neville Himel
Brother - Yves Himel
Sister - Enola Ordoyne

Deloria retired after after 28 years of service from Lafourche Parish School 
Board as Food Service Manager.
