He was a native of Terrebonne Parish, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Monday, May 19, 2014 from 8:00 AM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Interment: Bisland Cemetery. He is survived by his, sons, Larry "Robot" Ledet Sr, and wife Elaine and Mitchel "Mitch" Ledet and wife Suzanne; daughters, Linda Daigle and husband Earl and Dinah Autin and husband Arnold; 11 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grand children; and best friend Breeze; sisters, Rita and Mable; and brother, Aubrey Ledet. He was preceded in death by his, Wife, Jeanette Belanger Ledet; Parents, Abbie Ledet and Lucille Chauvin Ledet; son, Terry "Boo" Ledet; and Brothers, Morris Ledet and Wilfred Ledet He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Charles served in the Army during World War II, where he was a POW. He enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his grandchildren. U.S. Veteran ======================
