Michael James Pitre Jr., 48, a native and resident of Houma, died Thursday, May 
22, 2014. 

A private service will be held at a later date. 

He is survived by his mother, Sandra Pitre; brother, Christopher Pitre and 
wife, Kim; sister, Jeanette Pitre Robichaux and husband, Scott; nieces, Madison 
Robichaux and Kaitlyn Robichaux; nephews, Beau Stevens, Tyler Pitre, and Tayler 
Pitre; and great-nephew, Bentley Stevens. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael James Pitre Sr.; brother, 
Robert E. Pitre; and grandparents. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of Arrangements.
